Here are some notes (with our task for the next meeting) from today online session:

1. Opening ceremony: we discussed possibilities for organising the opening ceremony. Irakli will present findings from today's discussion to representatives of the EEU and let us know.

2. Monitoring and Sustainability Online Event: We agreed to have our 1st online meeting (in  April 2023) for the discussion of all members, with the possibility to extend this event to a bigger one in the future (to invite external speakers talking about further development of the laboratory).
Task for members: (1) prepare your own contributions and findings on how the assessment of the Laboratory should look and how the monitoring stages (system) should look. (Pl, SK, HU, CZ and 2 persons from GE)
(2) We were talking about involving Research into this event as well. Prepare some research topics or questions for area research that we can work on during this project. Suggestion: a questionnaire about startups' development in specific countries or a questionnaire about student entrepreneurship in a specific country.
(3) Set the specific date for this online event: What do you think about Friday, April 14, 2023?

3. Online workshops: Irakli talked about three important topics that matter to Georgian SMEs, as follows: (1) digitalization; (2) organisational culture; and (3) operational improvements.
Members' task: Please make a suggestion for a specific online speech based on your experts who can participate in this online event. Please write you suggestions here

4. The midterm meeting and workshop on commercialization: we decided that all travel and lodging costs would be handled by the main coordinators, Eva and Irakli.
Tasks for members: Can we set specific dates for this event? What do you think about June 8–9, 2022? Do you have any other suggestions about this date?

5. Web portal: the webpage that is currently being created. The chatbot is currently engaged in conversation.
