The kick-off meeting for an international project about a Web Interactive Portal, funded by the Visegrad Fund, was held on October 14th, 2022. The project aims to create a user-friendly and interactive platform that will provide easy access to information and resources for individuals and organizations in Georgia and abroad. in the Visegrad countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia).
The meeting brought together representatives from all four countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia), including project managers, developers, and designers from Georgia as well. The team discussed the project's objectives and milestones, as well as the roles and responsibilities of each member.
One of the main goals of the project is to increase collaboration and networking opportunities among individuals and organizations in the Visegrad countries. The Web Interactive Portal will feature a directory of resources, including funding opportunities, events, and experts in various fields.
The team also discussed all outputs, steps and further plans how to fulfil the objectives of the whole project:
1. Establish the Web Online Portal
2. Set up the Monitoring and Sustainability of the Web Portal
3. Organize three online workshops for trainers of Georgian SMEs
4. Provide workshop about commercialization for university and Business Laboratory
The project is expected to take 18 months to complete, with the portal set to launch in March 2024. The team is confident that the Web Interactive Portal will be a valuable resource for individuals and organizations in the Visegrad countries, fostering greater collaboration and innovation.
