Content: In a meeting, the following topics has been discussed and following tasks were set:

1. Webportal

2. Creating consortium (list of partners)

3. Research and development

4. Assessment indicators

5. Sustainability

6. Upcoming events

7. Audit, Visegrad system

 

In detail:

1. Webportal

TASK: Web is still in process. 

Tatia: figuring out when the web will be up. The responsibility for the web is taking by EEU.

Our meeting joined Martina Švecová, who s researchers focusing on the content for the web regarding the digital marketing and for the chatbot.

Content for digital marketing is ready, just need last check up (for the web)

Chatbot is in process and will be ready soon. Now the chatbot is feeded by 1000 questions and is learning. But without functioning web, we are not able to proceed

Ewa Nocuń  suggested in 1st workshop that web should be consisted of different forms, templates for business, market analysis.

Andrea suggested that web should be consisted of different info about company (like questionnaire) + their questions. There will be button “I want to join”

 

2. Creating consortium

3. Research and development

Topics to be researched and analysed:

• Different condition for creating startups (suggestions from Ewa Nocuń)

From above mentioned topics, two questionnaire has been set (supervisor: Andrea Čorejová), and following TASKS has been set:

1. Please check the following questionnaires and suggest changes, or modification of questions. If everything is ok, let me know

2. Each partner will spread these questionnaires in your country

 

4. Assessment indicators

TASK: each partner will suggest financial, non-financial parameters for EEU Webporal. Who the Web should evaluated in different stages of the Laboratory.

5. Sustainability

TASK: each partner will suggest different form of sustainable business of Webportal. Different grants, programs, events, financial partners, embassies cooperations, different funding activities, pure ext, short paragraph…

6. Upcoming events

There are 2 upcoming events:

1. Online workshop for Georgian SMES  - January 2024

TASK: please if you have some interesting speakers on topics (difitalization, organizational culture and operational improvements), let me know.

Tatia: suggested Mr. Chelidze idea about potential speakers for January online workshop.

Note: all speakers should be self-employed.

Based on known speakers, we will confirm specific date in Visegrad system

 

2. Final meeting in Tbilisi (approximately mid-February 2024)

It will be a two-day workshop where two outputs will happen:

1. Monitoring and Sustainability #3 

2. Final meeting and fairy-well meeting

TASKS:

1. Transport and accommodation: each partner will choose a maximum of two people who will travel to Tbilisi in February 2024. (Eva, Tatia, and all partners)

2. The final program for each day in Tbilisi needs to be set (Tatia and all partners)

 

7. TASKS: Auditor searching, all necessary information to visegrad system uploading, budget performance (Eva)
